Haleigh is at the front desk of the office on a daily basis. she does an absolutely amazing job catering to the requests and issues that the residents have. most issues that have come up are because of the corporate office not getting t o things in a timely manner. this is not the fault of the office here. Haleigh has done an outstanding job at trying to resolve and handle as many issues and concerns that come up. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents here. She is a 5 star front desk office official all the way.

I've been living here for 19 years and every year it gets worse. I know your question is then why are you still there, because the cost of moving is to much. The complex needs to be remodeled, every 6 months to a year its new management and staff. This new staff seems like a good bunch (Lenaya Corbin and Brian the maintenance guy). They are amazing.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy to be honest. It seemed really nice in our tour. A week before move in, they said they were putting us in the same floor plan but not the exact unit we went into because the original one wasn’t ready. First red flag. There were issues right off the bat. It took several complaints and requests to get our sink fixed that literally leaked all over the place constantly. There’s other minor things that never even got fixed. Our outlets don’t work. We were told they can’t be fixed. We plug things in and it just falls out of the wall. Almost every single outlet in our 2 bedroom apartment can’t hold a plug😂. There was paint EVERYWHERE when we moved in. Like all over the nice flooring throughout the whole apartment and even spots of it in the carpe

I too have had the same experience as another tenant that posted the 1 star here, speaking of mold and mildew etc. Honestly the amount of emails and calls I have had to make I don’t even feel like leaving a lengthy review. This place is awful. From management to maintenance to the apartments. They will have excuse after excuse, make it seem as if you are the problem and do NOT accommodate for anyone or anything ever. Board of health asked me if I could shove steel wool in my mouse hole.. And yes SPRAY FOAM to fix it all! So yes- my hands are tied as well- only way out is to continue to pay rent, or break the lease. They most definitely know how to get money from you regardless!

I’ve been in these apartments for 5 years or so. They have different owners now I’m sure. With the new owners came new management, new office staff and new maintenance. Previous maintenance left much to be done…literally. The current maintenance, especially Shawn/emergency maintenance, came through when we had a couple issues here recently with our bathroom flooding. He showed up timely, identified the problem, set the expectations on how the issue would be resolved, and everything went well. We needed him again and he didn’t disappoint. The current office staff did a great job getting him here both times and they seem to be kind and professional. Life is filled with adversities and everything can’t be perfect all the time.
