Auburn Lane Apts.

I lived there for 6 months, I was robbed by another tenant, when it rained every room had a leak and they didn’t care the bugs were horrible! When I moved out I left it in better condition then when I moved in and the lady in the office told me I left it move in ready and there would be no problem getting my deposit back, well that was a year ago and I never received my deposit or a reason why it wasn’t returned! Do yourself a favor and don’t move here management lies!

I lived in those apartments for a couple of years. Every time it rained water ran into the dining room from outside under the wall. Stove and refrigerator was trash, couldn’t get them to replace either. There was a very bad roach infestation problem, which I informed them of many times. They never done anything about it. I bombed, sprayed, and put out poison myself to take care of it. Seen bedbugs on more than one occasion. Which again, I treated out of my own pocket. My first electric bill was almost $500 due to a bad leak in a water line on the hot water side which caused the hot water heater to constantly be on trying to keep the water hot. They had to pull the carpet and pad up, which had molded and smelled terrible, bust up the concrete up to get to the water line. They drug the carp

Since I moved into these apartments I have had problems with plumbing, bugs etc, my carpet was severely wet because my apartment was flooding, the water just sitting under my carpet now there's maggots and the ladies trying to argue with me in the office like. I don't know what I'm talking about. They're very unprofessional. They take your time fixing problems. I pay my rent on time and can't get things fixed unless it's on their time would not recommend to anyone I also took photos to use against them in court.

Someone had a key and used to come to my apartment when i was at work and steal valuables. They even broke in while I was in the apartment asleep. Car was broken into on several occasions. The manager refused to do a walk through when I moved out and kept my deposit and since i didn't have time to sue in small claims court, i let it go. However, they maintain the complex well apart from the dilapidated laundry facility. My advice, please stay away from any apartments in that neighborhood. Too much poverty which means high rate of crime.

Worst experience ever.. really horrible roach's my wife had just given birth to our daughter and roach's we're so bad they would crawl all over the place including on my daughtee.. sink and fridge leaked.. that wouldn't work with us when my wife took maternity leave and I was paying everything.. The office staff was great but when we fell behind and had to pay the late fee they stopped being so nice and respectful.. police were always in the apartment, but that was a good and bad thing. We had very noisy neighbors .overral we took an eviction and quickly moved out of there .beat decision ever..
