Vincent Farley was so patient, kind and helpful..I called with a million and one questions and Vincent is very knowledgeable of the process and resources Auburn Glen has to offer. Vincent made sure I felt welcomed, supported and valued as a tenant. I am very excited. Thank you Vincent Farley! I would definitely be recommending this place to others.

Horrible customer service, roach infested, quality is terrible. You’ll see hair underneath the painted baseboards. They do not do anything about the roach problems, nor do they care. Living conditions are inhabitable. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! We ended up throwing most of our belongings away due to being roach infested and they won’t compensate you for anything at all. Just blame it on you as if you’re not going through enough already.

DON’T DO IT! I tried to overlook the reviews thinking it wouldn’t be that bad and it is. The only good thing about this property is the tour and the lies they tell to get you in. I just moved out and learned all the buildings are the same. Front and especially the back. Roach infested, chipped/peeling lead paint and walls so thin you can hear your neighbors news channel. Management does not care and won’t try to fix anything. Its noisy and ghetto all times of day so to be honest its just a projects on the southside. Save your time and money (lived in 200 bldg for reference)
