Been living here a year the manager on staff Bea is wonderful always quick to respond to any questions or issues that may arise. Very easy to talk to. Rent is affordable. We love living here. I pray the management never changes because if it does I will follow suit. We appreciate Bea and all the hard work she puts in daily at our location.

Not only is the apartment complex aesthetically appealing, but Bea (management) is so kind and professional! Additionally, the application process was smooth and welcoming! She truly cares about her tenants as individuals!

The office people are great! They answered all of my questions & they were super helpful through the whole process. Love it here 🥰 I believe Bea is the one I worked with. She was informative & took me on a tour & helped me with all of the paper work and made it an easy process 💕

Just was there to visit a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time. The apt was nice I liked the set up. Quite neighborhood it seemed like and the grounds were fairly clean.

Bea is an amazing property manager I've been living here 8 months and she is always available to help whenever I have an issue. Yaz and Bea do great running the property the are always friendly and helpful any time I come into the office. The rent is reasonable they hired a great security for the property. love living here thanks bea for all the hard work you do!!!
