I’ve been at ATX Tower for a few months now and I really enjoy living here. Not only for the place and what it offers but for the entire staff and how they make you feel at home from touring, applying to moving in and becoming a resident. I had to move here for work and had to do a virtual tour before applying and Eddie, one of the wonderful leasing agents, not only helped me finding my ideal place but promptly sent me all videos, and information I needed to apply with confidence. A few weeks ago a coworker asked me for recommendations on the place and I had only good things to say about it and immediately recommended Eddie, and told him he was in good hands. ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE WAIT! Moving into this new high-rise in downtown Austin has been an incredible experience. There were some construction delays, but the moment I moved in, I knew it was worth every bit of patience. The building is stunning from the pool and gym to the rooftop penthouse lounge, everything feels first class. But what truly sets this place apart is the team. Rita, Erica, Kayla, Shawn, Heather, Eddie, Erick, Issa, Thomas, Al, and Caitlin are absolute pros. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. A 3 month honest review of living in ATX Tower The building is beautiful. Design, layout, and amenities are top tier. The gym is a show stopper. Credit where it’s due this place looks and photographs like nothing else. But living here is not the same as looking at it. My partner and I spend almost all our time in this building. It’s our home, our office, gym, social life. We are not occasional users. Staff know us by name because we live the product they sell. This is based on daily exposure. ATX Tower is absolutely stunning! The views and amenities are definitely unbeatable compared to everywhere else I toured. The apartments themselves are also incredible. Very light natural finishes. I chose this place because the location is perfect and they have floor to ceiling windows with best views and amenities. Their team was also very nice and professional. Shawn gave me the best tour I’ve ever had, and I toured every option Downtown. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and has made the search for my new home easy and enjoyable. I’m super excited and cant wait to move in November!
