Five stars for the management team here! From the smooth move-in process to the day-to-day upkeep, everything has been top-notch. The units are beautiful, the neighbors are respectful, and I genuinely love coming home

Excellent management, great location, and well kept maintenance. I was having trouble with a neighbor being loud and the beautiful & smart ladies in management (Brenda & Milagros) helped me get the issues resolved and offered me a lot of different solutions to the problem. Neighbors get fined that are not respectful to others and the management here makes sure that everyone is enjoying their apartments so that everyone is accommodated and no issues go unresolved. Plenty of hot water, big dog park, and the pool is maintained so the water is always clean and blue. Now that’s a lot to like.

Had an issue with my electricity bill and Audrey helped me right away 💻⚡ — she checked all my unit details, explained everything clearly, and guided me with the next steps 🙌. Milagros also responded quickly over the phone 📞 and was super helpful! Great office team that truly cares about residents 👏🏡.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I love this place! From the very start Tess was absolutely amazing. She worked out a great deal on an apartment being renovated for me. I decided in a move in date and when I showed up that day with my uhaul the apartment was not ready! The apartment was filled with workers still doing major renovations. Tess arranges to put me up in a really nice hotel for the night until the renovations were finished. She even showed up on her day off to make sure everything was right. There were a few things that still seemed like they needed work after I moved in and Tess stayed on top of it and made sure everything was to my liking. I hadn’t seen her again pretty much since I moved in and the other day I went to the office and to my surprise she was there! It
