Attain Downtown East

I’ve lived in this community since it opened The convenience and apartment size is great. Parking is convenient but be smart about securing your vehicle. That’s just the world we live in. I would like to mention the continued deteriorating condition of the halls (carpet and paint). Pictures removed and hangers remain in the halls. Air filters are very dirty. Recapitalizing the halls would be a dramatic improvement to a great location. I hope ownership will not allow this to continue to deteriorate. Let us share pride of ownership with you.

Becoming a new resident at this community has been a wonderful experience so far, largely due to the fantastic leasing team. From the moment I first toured the property to picking up my keys, the service has been excellent. I especially want to commend Myeshia Vurtuli. Her customer service skills are superb. She guided me through the entire application and lease-signing process with patience and professionalism, answering my numerous questions and ensuring every detail was handled efficiently. Myeshia genuinely made me feel welcome and valued as a new resident. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you're considering moving here!

The location is unbeatable. The community feels modern and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed help. Move-in was smooth, and communication has been clear and professional throughout my time here. Overall, Attain Downtown East offers a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and community. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, urban living experience.

The entire staff is amazing. We understand that it takes time to address all the repairs and updates to the property. The management team especially Temeka and Quincy goes above and beyond to assist whenever needed.

I lived here for a year. The location is great if you want to be in downtown Norfolk, and the apartments are spacious for the price. Parking is owned by the city, so it’s open to the public — my Jeep was broken into a few times (soft top so locking it didn't make a difference). Be aware and lock your doors. There was also a serious safety incident during my stay back in April, and while I usually felt safe, I was disappointed in the response. Maintenance handled repairs to my window slowly, though I believe security was hired to patrol the building after the incident.
