Atrium Management Company

If we could leave zero stars we would. We were looking for a company better than our last rental company, because that experience was quite the challenge, but this company is a whole different level of chase and no solution. We moved into a property by Atrium back in October. Issues you would think would’ve fixed before entering a home but they were not. In fact we were told by the Manager Jose, that I was in fact “over exaggerating” as well as “complaining too much” because the windows at the property we moved into aren’t sealed and is missing certain pieces so with it being not sealed also puts my family in a situation for safety, since anybody would be able to just come and pull up the windows.since we moved into, there is literally some wood sticks holding up these windows, until they
