I'm amazed to read the bad comments, at least my experience with Karona and Michelle from Atrium Management was very good. On only one occasion I had problems with the patio door and they solved the problem in less than a week. That's why I give them five stars and I recommend them 100%

I had a great experience with Atrium Management, and I would especially like to highlight Robin Lillie. She kept me motivated throughout the entire process of viewing different properties Atrium had available and was incredibly helpful in finding the right place for me. She made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Robin was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out. From start to finish, communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly. I truly appreciate the support and effort she put into helping me settle in. I highly recommend Atrium Management to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive landlord.

Trust the bad reviews. 7 months of paying rent and they still can’t seem to find time to put screens on my windows. They’ll leave generic comments on all of their bad reviews telling you to contact them. I actually tried contacting them- they told me to contact my property manager. The property manager keeps saying they’re waiting on atrium. This place is an absolute joke.

The absolute worst experience, I have ever had in any apartment. I had glue coming up in my floor for over 8 months until I moved out. They told me maybe 20 times they would fix it and hung up the phone on my wife. They did not fix anything. I would prefer to give them 0 stars. There is so much more to add here but I will leave it at this. I stayed there because of the location. At all cost stay away from this place.

Update: After filing a complaint with the BBB, we received a check in the mail. Do not rent any apartment from this company. They are thief's and need to have a class action lawsuit brought against them. Which I am willing to instigate. They will not return your security deposit and will act like you do not exist when you move out. If you have found yourself in this same situation, reply to this post so we can get at least 5 victims together to support the lawsuit.
