Atley on the Greenway Apartments

Incredible living experience. The management team is diligent and on top of the goings-on in the community, the landscaping is always very well done, the maintenance team always acts quickly, and most neighbors are clean, quiet, and keep to themselves. The on site gym leaves a little to be desired and guest parking can be limited during peak times, however, the other amenities such as the pools and grills are always clean and maintained. We renewed our lease and have been thoroughly happy here.

When I lived here, it was an amazing experience overall. All the staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly. My apartment was very spacious, with modern appliances and generous closet/bathroom space. The pond and other community amenities were very beautiful and welcoming. The maintenance team did a great job maintaining the property and keeping snow cleared during the winter. I never once smelled smoke/weed in my apartment. If you lease here, you'll be in good shape. The staff here are all so friendly and make you feel welcome/at home. Lynda, who I initially leased with, always greeted me warmly. It's definitely a far cry from living in the city. If there were any suggestions for improvement, I would suggest offering refrigerators with ice/water dispensers and perhaps a coff

Just moved here end of December and love it so far. Office personnel and maintenance crew are incredibly responsive and personable. I really love my specific apartment with garage. The “only” negative I would say is that there are some residents with dogs who do not clean up after their dogs especially since we’ve had so much snow. I’ve seen the “remnants” on sidewalks and curbs. There are two trash compactors in the community and with so much snow, I understand not wanting to be out in it, but dog owners should honor their leases and clean up after their dogs. I have seen office management addressing these issues though.

Moving to Atley on the Greenway has been an overall wonderful experience, thanks to the incredible leasing staff and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. I want to extend a special thank you to Ruby Moore and Jamal, who went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. They were consistently patient, attentive, and answered all my questions promptly. Their friendliness and professionalism truly set this community apart. The entire staff, from the office personnel to the maintenance team, make you feel right at home, and it's evident they genuinely care about their residents. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. I highly recommend Atley on the Greenway to anyone seeking a great place

TLDR: These are amazing apartments and you won't be disappointed by choosing this to be your future home . These apartments are absolutely amazing. On the inside you get a gorgeous, spacious apartment and on the outside you have a beautiful property full of nature and even a charming pond to take a stroll around. The people are even better! We moved from across the country and had no opportunity to visit, but that became such a non-issue. Ruby was amazing at showing us the property via photos videos and being so helpful throughout the whole process. She made it so seamless. When we arrived Ruby wasn't there, but Linda really helped us get all settled in. So no matter who you meet there, it'll be amazing service and great help.
