Brody presents excellent customer service, care and support for my account/ family in ways the average leasing agent hasn’t. He is one of the reasons I am glad my family made decision to rent from them for a second time/ residency. Each home has the amenities that fits my family design perfectly. Found a property online that we absolutely loved. Called over, they said the place was available, but not ready to view yet, and that we would be the first application on the property and it would be ours upon approval. I asked if our move in date was good, they said it was! Put in an application ($50 per person) and called a few days later to follow up. Was told the lease was being sent over. Called a few days after that and was told the lease was going to someone else because our move in date didn't work, even though we were told it was good and the website allowed us to choose that specific move in date. We had already cancelled other viewings, because of the promise this place was going to be ours. The real kicker- the agent I spoke with apologized and said she would send over other li

Tiffany and Mariana have been absolutely wonderful—so patient, understanding, and professional with my personal situation. They even helped me work out a fair payment arrangement, which I truly appreciate. The properties are clean and well maintained, and the whole team is caring, responsive, and easy to work with.
