Atlas Property Management

I've worked with Atlas Property Management for 4 months and I have really enjoyed it! Chris, Stephanie, Mike, Raymond, and Vee have been incredible! Mike M. especially has been a major factor in making this job a great experience. He's a hard worker just like the rest of my team and really does excellent work. On my properties, I've been able to meet and touch the lives of some really nice residents, helping them with repairs and even helping a few new residents join my little family. I'm proud to wear the Atlas uniform and I know that this team will continue to improve the lives of our residents.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I, along with several of my neighbors, have lived in our apartment building in downtown Seattle for a decade or more. Atlas has recently taken over the management of our building. In addition to not having an on site manager/maintenance, we no longer have office days for management. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone, not matter the circumstances. Our building was broken into today, as in front door broken and no longer able to latch. You can just push it open and anyone can just wander in off the street. I have spent HOURS trying to reach anyone. I NEVER spoke to a member of the management team. I called 5 different numbers, left voicemails, sent texts, called the after hours line, filed a maintenance request, and even got on the app (which didn

Our team at Precision Restoration & Remodeling has partnered with Atlas Property Management on multiple projects, and they’ve consistently proven to be professional, organized, and dependable. Property management requires fast decisions, clear communication, and strong follow-through—and Atlas delivers on all three. Their team is responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive, which makes collaboration smooth and efficient on every project. A special shoutout to Chris, their Maintenance Supervisor, whose coordination, responsiveness, and problem-solving consistently help projects run efficiently in the field. We’ve also had great experiences working with Alisa, Stephanie, and Denise, whose professionalism, communication, and attention to detail reflect the high standards Atlas operates by.

Atlas is the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune living under. I wish I could give zero stars. They are so slow to respond to maintenance requests, left our building without heat for an entire month, and are all around atrocious. Please do not live in a building managed by them. Update: My building is still without heat in November. Attached is a corroded pipe in our boiler room. This is negligence on their part. Do not ever rent from them. They do not provide a safe living environment.

Atlas Property Management has provided property management services for our residential properties for over seven years and we couldn't be more pleased. We've worked with many other property management companies and Atlas is the best by far. From the executive and accounting staff to the community managers, Atlas employees are great at what they do and are good, quality people. We have especially enjoyed working with Diana Rider, the Property Director at Rediviva at the Waterfront. She's a treasure.
