I do not know where to start! So I moved from another state and from the first phone call I had with Jessica to the moment I am writing this review everything is perfect and the leasing management team are very professional . Jessica, Celle and Magy are amazing, I am a first time renter and my application was approved within 24 hours! And they respond immediately to any concerns. The location is perfect and amenities are very clean and nice with a beautiful pool,gym and a nice lake view and so many of parking lots. This was my first apartment complex to consider and I immediately knew it was what I want after the tour and I did not hesitate to sign the lease and be the first resident here.

A little hidden gem in the north Kissimmee/loop area, community is small, very private and I love that they have a pool that faces their pond. Atlas Grand Palms is not your usual resort style community, it is a community that many can see as a long term home. The apartments are stunning, the office staff (Maggie, Jessica and Celle) are so sweet and helpful, always greeted us with a smile and amazing attitude! If I could give more stars I would!!

I want to sincerely thank William and Misael two maintenance technicians for their outstanding service. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how relentless they were in identifying the root cause of the issue and making sure it was fully resolved. Their dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference. I’m very grateful for their hard work!!

Living here has been an amazing experience. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and has a very peaceful atmosphere. The office staff, Jessica and Maggie very friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever you need anything. I also love how well taken care of the common areas are and how safe the community feels. Highly recommend living here🩷✨
