⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joshua at Atlas at Lakeview Apartments is absolutely outstanding! From the very first interaction, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Joshua genuinely cares about helping people find the right home, and it really shows in the way he goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a leasing agent who is responsive, honest, and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Joshua. He made the entire experience a great one!

The worst leasing office in all of Louisiana. They tried to move me into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned. A dent in the door, multiple outlets uncovered, a COCKROACH in the toilet which indicates their issues with pests. There were no managers onsite to deal with these issues. Josh is the worst leasing agent I have personally ever come across. He has no knowledge of the property or the application process and constantly says “I’m not sure.” There is a reason they have you sign the lease after you view the apartment because there is no cleaning or repairs to the apartment. The person moves out and they just move you in right away. Gross property

Atlas at Lakeview is one of the best, if not the best, apartments complex I have ever lived in. The people who attend you are very nice very polite. When you enter to their office, you can really tell that they try their best to make you feel welcome. I really have no negative comments; they try their best to get your problems fixed as fast as possible, they treat you with respect, they are very kind, and they even throw little parties in their office whenever their is a special event happening.

I recently toured a two-bedroom apartment and had a very positive experience. The leasing agent Victoria was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth from start to finish. The unit itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The community appeared to be well-kept and quiet as well. Overall, the tour was informative and left me with a great impression of both the property and the staff.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Jasmine the other day about possibly moving onto the property. She was extremely polite and welcoming, the way she answered all my questions and explained everything was simply wonderful. This property is at the top of my list and she is one of the main reasons. It’s had to find apartments with good leasing managers and this property happens to have a great one! 10/10 recommend!!!
