Atlantis Apartments

The actual apartment space is nice, and many of the neighbors are genuinely kind. If your in a tight budget it works an it is nice being so close to everything. Maintenance was kind and did a good job but 2-3 people simply isn’t enough for 2 whole buildings. The cons are Safety is a serious issue. Packages are stolen constantly, with no effective system for Building Two. Instead of improving security, or reinforcing the door handle management made one exterior door exit-only, which led to doors being propped open and made the building even less secure while forcing residents to walk around the property. Management turnover was frequent and communication was stressful. Lease renewals took months, and despite being proactive, I often received same-day emails requiring immediate action while

Great place to live. I've lived here for 5 years. Andi the manager is so nice and professional. The maintenance crew is great and prompt, and the property is always clean and quiet. Highly recommend this community.

If I could get a zero, I would give a 0. Worst place to live if you have a family, no Security A lot of drug use even inside Building Drug sales inside of the building don’t live here

I called this apartment complex because my car had been parked outside it for several days before discovering that someone had thrown a rock and smashed one of my rear windows. When I called and spoke to their office, as soon as I explained what had happened and asked if they have have any cameras up outside of their property, they hung up on me. I thought I should give them the benefit of the doubt and followed up via email, just to ask whether they have any camera footage. No response at all. I think it’s concerning that they did not want to give this any attention to a crime happening right outside of their property, that could’ve very well have been committed by a resident. Three people from this community were just identified by police for vandalizing their neighbors building (Sobo Station) and causing 1000s in damage. I constantly see shady activities here. Police and fire are here at least weekly, sometimes daily. Management needs to screen its tenants better and install some more security. Very disappointing
