I had such a great experience at Atlantica Apartments! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well maintained. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and in such a convenient location. The amenities are top tier and the grounds are always kept up nicely, which I really appreciate. But what truly made my experience exceptional was India. She was absolutely amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and stress free. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Since India has taken over as property manager, the entire community has transformed for the better. She is consistently present, professional, and hands-on. You can always find her in the office, ready to help and willing to address concerns immediately. Not all of the residents like the changes but we needed them. What stands out the most is the structure she has brought to the property. There is clear organization, communication, and accountability now. Things are being handled efficiently, the grounds are maintained, trash is managed properly, and there is a renewed sense of order throughout the community. Since India came to this property, everything has completely changed for the better!!!!!!! You can truly see and feel the difference. The community is cleaner, the trash is handled consistently, and there’s finally structure and accountability in place. It feels like we’re on a stable, positive path now. India is always available in the office, and willing to help. She doesn’t just sit behind a desk she’s actively involved and working hard every single day. She stepped into a situation where many residents were used to a lack of guidance, and she has handled it with professionalism, patience. It’s not easy turning a property around, but she has done exactly that. I couldn’t ask for a better property manager. We’re lucky to have her. 10 stars all the way.

I’ve been a resident here for 2 years. It has gone significantly down hill. The property manager is always out of office, despite the sign that always says OPEN. You call and the phone rings and rings and rings, then when you leave a voicemail no one ever responds. Maintenance requests are getting deleted and not fulfilled. There are roaches in every apartment, and you pay for pest control but no one ever comes. The exterior lights have been broken for nearly 5 months, making it feel extremely unsafe after dark. The trash is constantly overfilled and there’s always dirty mattresses, and broken appliances sitting next to it. The swimming pool has been closed since last summer and its dark green, with debris and bugs. Wondering why we pay for amenities when they are unusable most of the year

Moving out was the best decision. I do not recommend this complex. The issues started with roach and wasp infestations which “pest control” supposedly was called but we never saw a difference. The rails on the staircases are rusty and very unstable, and not to mention the lights outside the buildings (building 2 and 3) that were out for more than 6 months. It was pitch black outside and extremely unsafe since my car was broken into and we heard gunshots right outside our window one night. You can see dog poop out on the sidewalks and infestation of fleas everywhere. You will be charged for amenities that are almost never available. No gym, pool closed down for a while I almost forgot we even had one and trash valet was a hit or miss. They’d also make a mess with your trash. The inside is
