Atlantic Palms

Really beautiful property. Love the ponds, wildlife, and walking trail! Great amenities and super appreciate the trash and package delivery services. The one bedroom units are a great size. Big bedroom (easily fits a large king sized furniture set), spacious kitchen and bathroom, and nice big windows for natural light. Excellent water pressure 🤌🏻 Lauren helped me move in and she’s a joy to work with! All in all a very smooth and easy process from start to finish. Excellent place for dog owners!

Apartment space is good and most stuff works properly. Sometimes things didn’t work or would break but it would be adjudicated fairly soon after. Beware the neighbors can make a ton of noise in this place. It would keep me up sometimes at 2am or so.

I’ve had an amazing experience at this apartment community, and a huge part of that is thanks to Lauren. From day one, her customer service has been exceptional. She’s always friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure residents feel supported and heard. Whether I had a question, needed help with paperwork, or just needed clarification on something small, Lauren was quick to respond and always went above and beyond to make the process smooth. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides this level of professionalism and kindness. If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly values its residents, this is it—Lauren is a big reason why. I highly recommend this community!

I visited Atlanta Palms recently and spoke with Caralyn, Jesiray, and Lauren on the staff. They were all extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. The property looked clean and appealing when I was given a tour of the amenity center. The community offers many activities to help the residents make new friends and enjoy parties with free food and music.

This is one of those "if I could give you a zero I would but I can't so you get a one" situations. My first year there was fine, mediocre. My second year, management changed and I'm assuming that's where issues started turning into major problems. My apartment had mold in every room, the air filter unit, kitchen cabinets, floors, walls, etc.! Not only was it reported to them multiple times but nothing was done and several reports simply ignored until I reported them to DHEC. They also claimed that their "master key wasn't working to get into my apartment to fix a maintenance issue and they tried multiple times to get in" but I have ring camera footage that shows one attempt at knocking and then drilling out my deadbolt while I'm asleep and replacing the locks.
