We have no screens for windows, It is like some one forgot we live in the heart of 62ND street and 15th Avenue.Nearby new apartment buildings have closure to enter and exiting their parking garage.The homeless sleep where they can. They go throughout the large dumpster dumping it on the ground in the parking lot. Maintenance does not complete work orders but send email it completed. They short of staff. One lady 4 hours a day for 2 large buildings. One guy for trash, it gets backed because tenants but boxes in chute. Warning Signs are posted.We have a new manager he doing his best. But Atlantic Pacific can do better Some tenant's do not know what to do incase of a fire, or how can we help to maintain our buildings in the community. We need meetings.Thank you .

Horror, horrible management and main,, dirty all over,, nobody will listen,, threats of eviction if you call police on drunk, neighbor, drugs , people having lots of people living in apartments,, will call housing and lie ,, my puppy was hurt , I told Leslie to please not let nobody to go into my apartment because my elderly puppy is blind and get scared, she let the pest control in and they opened the gate to my puppy and sprayed her ,, it was two young boys learning to work,, when there is an animal in the apartment,, they should not spray , he got burned in the legs and under his arms !!! He is 5 months, managed Talia did not care , it apologized,, they were not to go to my apartment!!!! Great place to live, Island Living. The staff is great, they resolve any issues you might have right away, building is kept clean. Environment is very safe.

AP Communities develops market rate and affordable housing communities. They are doing great things for so many cities across the country. I admire the group of people who are part of that team and appreciate their professionalism.

Management lacks communication skills, and are not accountable nor reliable when dealing with issues.
