Atlantic Coast Settlement Services was incredibly easy to work with.They were very patient with me and my husband (we're a bit old) and walked us through the process.They were very fast in getting my proceeds wired to my bank account.They set up a closing at our FL home (we hadn't moved to VA yet) with a traveling notary and it went very smoothly. I would highly recommend ACSS and kudos to Katherine who led us through with patience, professionalism and consoling words.

My experience with Atlantic Coast has been a great one. Everyone I have encountered has been polite and professional. There was an instance where I perceived a young lady to be slightly "pushy", but I realized her anxt was due to her wanting to ensure I closed in a timely manner. I appreciate her! My closing agent was so very professional, articulate, and calm. She clearly explained all of the documents to me. Fast forward a couple weeks post closing, I ran into a small problem. Even though they were not necessarily "at fault", they were quick to help me resolve the issue promptly and of course professionally. Thank you, Atlantic Coast!
