We were initially impressed — the team seemed knowledgeable and responsive, which gave us confidence as first-time buyers. Unfortunately, issues arose as the process moved forward. The appraisal was ordered during our due diligence period without our knowledge or approval — a costly step we weren’t given a chance to authorize. That lack of communication, especially on such a high-stakes decision, was disappointing. The deal ultimately fell through due to seller issues, and we were left paying for an appraisal we didn’t sign off on. We expected more transparency and proactive communication and wouldn’t feel confident working with them again.

Reece was super kind, responsive, and helpful in every way possible and made my first time home buying experience so easy and enjoyable.
