Atlantic at Charter Colony

Getting all of the required paperwork was somewhat of a hassle. Knowing of all that was needed would have been a help. I am pleased with the apartment. There are a few maintenance problems that need to be taken care of but I have been told that they are being scheduled. All in all , I am satisfied with the apartment and the experience. My maintenance request was fine. He said that he is ordering my faucet sets and they should be in this week.

Young lady India was so helpful to me and guided me through the beginning steps to securing a home. Paperwork all filled out now fingers 🤞

The maintenance gentleman was perfect. Have no complaints

Management does not seem to care about residents or the building. There is a new disaster every month, I assume due to neglectful management of regular maintenance. Today it is a pipe burst, impacting many units. I understand things happen, but they would happen less with preventative maintenance. On the other side of the building, there are clearly HVAC drain pans rusting out, improper drainage and water accumulation, so there is likely mold in the ductwork blowing into the units. Another disaster waiting to happen. I would not move here again.

Pretty damn sad when both elevators are broken one has been down since last week and the other is down now 10/12/25 u thick it would be a priority to get at least one working, most of these elderly folks can not climb down stairs there r basically stuck in there rooms for God only knows how long going to talk to top management asap do not rent from this place
