He held our hand every step of the way and secured an offer well above our asking price within 72 hours of listing our condo for sale. He made excellent suggestions on the necessary repairs that would help our condo show well to prospective buyers.

There are a lot of real estate brokers in the city you can use. Ethically, I can't recommend this brokerage. They seem to high people with lack of professionalism and questionable ethics. I'd recommend using a more professional service like Keller Williams. If you are going to use this brokerage, I would request anyone by Debbie Simmons.
