After setting my roommate and I up, Mr. Smith continued to support us by making sure we knew how to work the AREG portal, answering follow-up questions, and making sure we had everything we needed. Jim is exceptional in his care of Waterbury property and residents. Maintenance requests are always addressed within 24 hours and issues are resolved in a timely manner. He is constantly cordial and professional any time I have interacted with him and he is sensitive to individual needs. Jim and his maintenance crew are a big reason I am so happy living here!!!

I’ve been renting through this property management company for a few years now and it has been a great experience. The entire team is organized, proactive, and genuinely cares about their residents. I've dealt with different property managers at the office and all have been extremely helpful. I submitted a maintenance request for a broken dishwasher, and within an hour, I received an update. The maintenance team came same day, and the issue was fixed the next morning! Communication is always clear and timely, and everyone at the office is always willing to help. Highly recommend!!

Jim responded very quickly to our refrigerator breaking down. After news that the fridge was completely broken with no way to fix it, the new fridge was ordered and installed within 24 hours. Jim communicated with us throughout the entire process with updates on the delivery timeline. We especially appreciate his timeliness ahead of the forecasted snow this weekend. Jim also came to our property to ensure that the new fridge was properly installed and working. It was clear to us that fixing the issue was his top priority. My roommates and I are so grateful!
