I recently moved here, and words are not enough to describe my experience. I was already very familiar with Atelier Apartments from touring with clients, creating content, and visiting for myself, and I have always had great experiences. Eric, the leasing agent has consistently been incredibly helpful and truly goes above and beyond. He made the entire process seamless, communicated clearly, and assisted me at every stage. During my first few weeks after moving in, the concierge, Angel, was also extremely helpful, always available to answer questions and guide us throughout the building. My apartment has a beautiful view, which I absolutely love. The building also has a small on site market that I find very convenient. The location is perfect, with easy access to many great restaurants.

I recently moved here with my daughter. This has been her dream apartment, and I can now see why. It is a beautiful place and we feel very safe. We worked with Eric during our application process, and he was extremely communicative, patient, and helpful. He truly represents the management well, which was one of the key factors in our decision. Thank you again, Eric. You went above and beyond in assisting us. Our apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful view. The building is conveniently located near many great restaurants. The residents are friendly and welcoming. If you are considering moving here, I highly recommend it.

We’ve truly loved living here. The location is perfect, central and close to the highway, and the views and amenities are top-notch. What really makes this place stand out is the management team, especially Rosa. She’s been incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests are easy to submit through the app, and the building is always clean and well cared for. It’s been a great experience over the past 13 months.

I looked at almost every apartment in downtown, and this one is definitely one of the best. The amenities are top tier , and the whole team concierge & leasing office are super nice and welcoming. I need to especially thank Erick ! He made the entire process easy and calm He was always there when I called answered all my questions and noticed every little detail I'm really happy with my new home highly recommended

The building is well located in the Arts district with easy access to highways. Good for young professionals and empty nesters. They host socials for residents to get to know each others. Parking is included. Look for Eric Sandoval from the Leasing office. He is friendly, responsive and extremely competent, making local & international move easy. Concierge managers are friendly as well. Elevators can be slow. Safety in the area - have to be careful from what I hear- especially after dark. If being able to walk around anytime is a factor, maybe look at other areas.
