Worst place ever. Christiana ruined my apartment so now im having to clean everything out. Mold has grown in there black mold and maggots took over my fridge. The roaches are horrible so I lost my home due to her and the previous maintenance people not doing there job. Had to turn my lights off they’ve ruined all my belongings pretty much im trying to save what I can…

Office management goes out of their way to harass tenants. They’re broke so they skim our pockets by towing cars with parking passes, saying they lost rent checks, charging us for maintenance fixes when it’s covered in the lease. Won’t fix the black mold issue, the roofs, the roaches, the bed bugs, the list goes on and on. If you report them to AAMCI or HUD the investigators tell them who reported and you get harassed for that and told if you don’t stop reporting they will evict you. You are better off somewhere else. But if you sell ice on the side they turn a blinde eye because maintenance buys from the dealers here. I guess they’re too broke for their own fix unless you can give it to them.

They wouldn't let me live there because I was by myself so I have to live in my car with no place to go

These apartments considering it's HUD housing is the best of them around! Apartments have their pros and cons. Super affordable income based. They've came far from the way they were many years ago when I was growing up for sure. They've cleaned up as far as crime goes not to say it's unheard of everyplace has crime. Also regarding roaches they've done a 360 within the last year, They hired pest control professionals! All and all I think people should be more greatful to have a place to call home because it hard to find housing with all these other apartments being built your going break yourself trying to make a mortgage payment practically to survive in those fancy apartments.

I'm a new tenant and I appreciate everything that the management has done for me and my family . She is quick on getting the job done when you call and tell her what your problem is. My pest control is great he comes monthly. I would definitely rent here if you're looking for a place .
