This review is a serious warning to anyone considering using At Your Service property management, operated by Cathy Olson and owner Addie Brown. My experience with this company was appalling, marked by negligence, unprofessionalism, and outright malevolence. My primary concern, repeatedly ignored for four months, was the pervasive mold and mildew in the bathroom of a property I was about to rent from them. Despite multiple requests before move-in, including direct communication from the homeowner ("SM"), Cathy Olson refused to address the issue. I rented from AYS from 2016 to 2021 at two different locations and never had an issue from them. While there were repair issues with the locations I lived at, I believe they were handled in the best possible manner given the absolute overwhelming demand for repair and construction work in Whitefish, beyond AYS' control. I still can't thank Addy enough for helping me when I accidentally locked myself out 50 minutes before my flight left for my first ever business trip. Highly recommend renting for them and truly missed them after moving elsewhere.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The fact that this company calls itself ‘At Your Service Property Management’ is beyond a joke. We submitted an application to rent one of their properties, but all they were interested in was the $35 fee they would charge through Turbotenant. They said all applicants over the age of 18 were required to submit an application. I could understand that myself and my husband needed to submit one, but they insisted that our 19 year old son also submit one. We met all the requirements for applying, however our son who has lived with us since he was a child and therefore never rented himself, didn’t meet the requirements of the application. If we were a group of young adults, unrelated to each other and sharing the home, that I would understand. But he’s our son,

Horrible service. I booked a vacation rental in Whitefish for one month over the internet. I paid up front, and planned my vacation around the rental. I drove to Montana from the Midwest, and while I'm in Montana, eight days after I booked the rental I receive an email saying that my reservation has been cancelled. They said there was an error in their system, and that the rental was not available for the dates that I had booked. I call the company to try and book an alternative, and I leave a message with the receptionist for the person in charge of reservations to return my call. No one returns my call, and the company leaves me without housing for my planned vacation, and now I have to scramble to find accommodations. An awful experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.
