When I went to sign my rental agreement, the property manager came out to meet me in person and shake my hand which i appreciated a lot. A week later, I saw the manager out front of my apartment, he said hello and called me by my name which I also thought was remarkable. Ive been really pleased with the whole process with at home property management. Highly recommend

This is the worst management team to rent from I live next door to a transgender neighbor. That neighbor love playing his woofer speakers all hours of the night. The office told me to call the police. The office said they couldn't do nothing about it cuz I didn't have proof. I gave them proof they asked me to vacate saying that I was rerunning to another complex. They took all of my 1700 security deposit and said I owe them another $150. I paid that $150 to be on good stands. I turn around and apply it again. And they shot me back a denial saying that there was a reputable smoke damage to the carpet I complain too much about the next door neighbor I called the police too much and that I had complaints against me. Moved into my spot on the coast, love the place however the management has alot to be desired. Im a disabled veteran and my unit came with a garage. The garage door was from the 70's, water logged and heavy as hell. The door fell multiple times on my cutting me twice. I report the issue in June and it took till mid September to rectify the issue stating the doors were ordered 6 weeks ago mind you this was 2 weeks ago. Today had a very small issue called the office and dealt with christy..... I started out respectfully but as I give the same energy I get I returned said energy, she obviously cannot listen disregarded what I said then started spouting legal repercussions. Call back talk to a property manager who actually has listening skill and resolved said issue. If you wish to be demeaned

I'm in an older building in downtown Corvallis with some unique needs due to its age. AtHome has been very responsive with maintenance requests. Most issues are around plumbing and wiring in this historic building. Common areas clean, well-lit, and consistently maintained by maintenance team. Communication with home office is good.

0 stars this property owner does not care what happens on their property what so ever other tenants have guests parking in all spots, trash is littered all over the property and on the back porch roof, tenants smoke on the property when their not supposed to be. one tenant has multiple dogs off leash nonstop. The entire building shifted and the front door frame is crooked and the back slider is bowing in the center of the door pushing out. Some of these tenants are super loud and slam their front door amd stomp up the stairs all day long. They get away with breaking the lease agreement. I didn't even get offered to renew my lease.
