Katie DeBill was fantastic. She was responsive, moved quickly when things started happening on an offer I made, and everything went (surprisingly!) smoothly with the closing because of her diligence and expertise. She even sat with me at the closing while I signed all the documents! That is above and beyond the normal call of duty. She was professional, courteous, and so helpful in all parts of the process. I feel Katie is a very competent professional real estate agent, she was always prompt with communication and right on time when meeting to view a house. We looked at many houses over a couple of months, she was very empathetic with my needs and what I was looking for (budget, neighborhood, floorplan etc.) She was very knowledgeable about each one giving the pros and cons and what type of financing FHA or conventional.
