Another update: now they're trying to send my amount to collection when I'm still disputing them! Money hungry company. Unresponsive Management, they don't care about your health, and Unfair Move-Out Charges! UPDATE: The nightmare continues. I moved in August 2022, but their ledger doesn't start until October 2022. Because of this gap, they "lost" the $581.66 I paid for my Security and Pet Deposit. I had to dig up my own bank statements from 2022 to prove I paid it because their records don't go back far enough. They claimed "legal would respond" and then ghosted me for a month. I don't believe they ever sent it. I only got a response after I forwarded the thread to legal myself. On top of the missing money, they are charging $250 for "damaged blinds" using a photo where a curtain complet

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They didn't let me do a move in inspection and then signed the form saying I did. The day I moved in they didn't let me have the keys or move in until late in the afternoon, didn't notify me of that until the day of. So much damage in the apartment and mess. There was half done construction. For the 1st week I had no hot water and I complained almost everyday and they didn't fix it, but said they did on maintenance forms. Neighbors are loud. There's screaming from couples beating each other. Neighbors blast loud music, their kids hit the walls so loud and no matter how much you reach out to the office about it, they don't do anything or respond to emails, calls, or texts, they just transfer your calls to the corporate line out of the city. They were very helpful and all super friendly. Fernando took us on a tour of the facility and both the studios as well as the I bedroom 1 both were beautiful. He made sure everything was up to his standards as well as ours.

I moved here from Oregon and moving into my apartment with Fernando was really easy and smooth. Due to unfortunate circumstance dealing with a family death I had to cancel my lease right away and Fernando helped me through the process and they even waived my termination fee. Great place great area wish I could have stayed longer!
