I bought a condo at Merrick Manor a building done by Astor, is impeccable in and out, also, one block to Merrick Place, very happy to be here, building looks new, but is 5 years old, nice friendly staff and my dog loves it too.
I feel that 1 star is wayyy too nice. The broker is very snobby. The agents don't return any calls there is no one there when you walk in. Very unprofessiona!
A was in one of their projects. Long story short, you should avoid this company. By the way, the developer looks eerily similar to the mean developer from the movie "Up" (Disney).
Very nice place and very friendly. Has a great environment.
