Aston Square Apartments

We just finished a tour at Aston Square and had an absolutely amazing experience, largely thanks to Cynthia. She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything — the apartments, amenities, floor plans, leasing process, and the community as a whole. On top of that, she was extremely patient and kind. She actually gave us the tour twice, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever rushing us. Cynthia truly goes above and beyond. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel confident and excited. We honestly fell in love with the apartments, and her outstanding service is a big reason we are seriously considering moving here. This has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The office team Cynthia, Gladys and Nick are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The grounds are clean, the buildings are secure, and the vibe here is peaceful. Anytime I’ve needed something, the staff has responded quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable home.

I absolutely loved my time living here! I stayed for a full year and only moved because of my husband’s military orders otherwise, I would have happily renewed my lease. From the very first day, everyone in the management office made me feel welcome. Gladys and Xiomara were amazing! They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the residents. Any time I needed assistance or had a question, they were quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are a huge plus there’s a fully equipped gym, a relaxing pool area, an activity room with pool tables, and a gorgeous rooftop sitting area that’s perfect for watching the sunset or spending time with friends. We worked with Cynthia for our move in and she was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. This was greatly appreciated during a stressful move. We were coming from out-of-state, but she answered all my calls and reached out to me as well with additional information when trying to pick a unit and was overall very helpful. I am very happy with our unit so far - it’s spacious, has nice counters and appliances, and has great lighting which makes it feel warmer and more open.

we just moved here and i have nothing but amazing things to say it is a beautiful property with amazing amenities the unit is beautiful modern and spacious and the staff is amazing! i worked with Cynthia for my move and she was so amazing from the first tour i went on she was extremely professional kind and willing to answer all questions she was very communitive throughout the whole processes and i cannot imagine a better scenario for my move!
