text: ⸻ I want to forget this place like a bad dream. You can see everything for yourself in the photos. What shocked me most was the behavior of the office staff — they smile at you until you sign the contract, and after that you’re left to deal with all your problems on your own. The women in the office are rude and unprofessional. For the money they charge, you could easily find a much better apartment. The photos you see on their website were taken 50 years ago and have never been updated. There are crowds of unruly kids constantly screaming, littering, and making a mess. Almost no one cleans up after their dogs. You can hear everything happening on the street and in your neighbors’ apartments through the walls. The windows are old, and in winter it’s freezing inside. We have lived here close to 2 years. The only great thing about this complex is locatio with it being close to grocery stores, retail, and gas stations. MAJOR ISSUES •Roach infestation •Sinking floors (they can't do anything about it. So many dips in the floor throughout the unit, I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually gave out •Ceiling paint falling (Another issue they can't fix) paint from the ceiling would peel off and fall, creating a hazard for our 2 young children •Drugs (neighbors leave drugs and roaches butts outside everywhere creating a hazard for pets and children) •Pool (They charge extra for the pool yet any and everyone can use it regardless of them not living in the complex) why am I paying extra for something people from outside can use for free? •Maintenance (Used to
Disgusting place! Outside there is trash, cardboard, mattresses and more along the walking path and in the surrounding wooded areas that have been there for at minimum 1 year. Inside is revolting as the walls are INFESTED with cockroaches. You can be as clean as possible, but they still crawl out of the outlets, holes in the ceiling lights, etc. They charge for pest control, but they spray one line in the kitchen and bathroom and call it good. There are cracks all along the walls and ceiling that were patched just enough to make the apartment look good (just long enough to get you to sign the lease!) and within months reopen. Water leaks through the windows when it rains and about 10 neighbors flooded completely but management has not done anything for those people and mold and rot
I have lived here for the last year, the truth is the apartments are comfortable but the prompt attention from the administration is disgusting, of the time I have been living here for 5 months I have had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, apparently there is something damaged in the water connections of the apartment above, this has been reported to administration and there is no response other than to come and completely open the bathroom ceiling and they forgot to come and fix it. A consequence of having the ceiling open is that all the bad smells from the bathroom above come to my apartment and there is no way they want to fix anything, I really do not recommend these apartments at any time since they are incompetent when it comes to maintenance, it is also good to mention that my sofa in
While i don't hate it here, I will say that I probably should have gone with my gut when I applied and applied somewhere else. I have had several issues since moving in not to mention the apt I applied for was listed wrong leading me to be placed into another apt of course with a increased price. The doors aren't properly sealed, I have to put a wrench in the bottom of the back sliding door to prevent a huge gap. The front sliding door sounds like its screming at you when open/closing the door. Two windows are nailed/screwed shut preventing them from being opened which poses a fire hazzard. And also increases my electric bill because I have to run my AC to get any circulation of air when I could be getting a cool breeze at night if I could crack my windows, the AC runs like crap which im s
