Took over two weeks for them to make a decision as to whether I get approved or not . Me reaching out to them , to be told “ im coming in as over income” when the income is suppose to be between a certain amount and mines was. $38,297 - $50,880 . And my income was 40.000 ! They gave me the run around instead of doing their jobs, which should of took a day to process and let me know . Aston heights already knew who they wanted in those apartments . They wasted my money and my Time ! 1-BEDROOM: $1,117 Qualifying Income Range: $38,297 - $50,880 2-BEDROOM: $1,341 Qualifying Income Range: $45,977 - $63,600

I but my Application in today the lady at the office was very nice for halls were clean the security guards was very nice there are a lot of children in the building but i didn't see people hanging in the front of the building thats a plus

The racists. We did all paperwork but they still denied us fr no reason. Saying we gave them wong info about our banks. We asked them to provide the banks statement nd our bank cards they said no specialy a younger lady there. The sent us letter says we can appeal. Once we asked fr appeal the called us back saying they cant talk with us.. this is discrimination

My Daughter-in-law & I gave my son a 30th Birthday Get Together. It was very nice!
