I had a long day before moving into my new apartment, and this was my first time going through the process. Khadijah Starks truly made my day so much easier. She took the time to thoroughly explain all of the amenities and patiently sat with me for nearly an hour to resolve an issue so I could move into my apartment without further stress. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. She was truly a blessing during a stressful moment, and I sincerely appreciate all of her help.

Austen and the rest of the staff have been very inviting during my move in process. The team seems to truly care about the resident experience. The apartment I moved into is clean and they went the extra mile to ensure all services needed were done by my move in date.

UPDATE: Look at the attached photos. I ended my lease a month early to flee these hazardous conditions, then I was sent a $3K bill in early termination fees. I'm going to have a good time in court!! *********************** I'm officially traumatized. I've lived here since March and for the second time, I have no hot water, in addition to all the other maintenance issues I've experienced. I haven’t had hot water since Friday, July 29. I feel that addressing this issue should be somewhat of a priority (I guess not). I asked a lady in the office if the issue can be addressed, not fixed, but addressed Monday, and I was told, “I’ll remind maintenance, but they have other work orders too.” Wow! I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for Khadijah Starks and the outstanding service she provided throughout my housing search. From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Khadijah went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place that met my needs and preferences. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her hard work and commitment—she is an exceptional leasing agent and a great asset to her team.

I debated on leaving a review, but I really think prospective tenants deserve to know the truth. I lived here for 3 years. I stayed because of convenience until I just couldn't anymore. I'd stay far away from a place with these malicious and fraudulent business practices. It is absolutely not worth it living here. Here are a few reasons to not consider Aster Buckhead: 1. Lack of building maintenence (poor insulation, thin walls [I could hear the dog barking inside the unit at the end of my hall from my middle unit of the hall when working from home], seasonal critters [I had a mouse in the walls that the property owner Ariel did nothing about and bugs.
