Assurance Title and Escrow, LLC

I work very hard to get closing agents their estoppel information in a timely manner. Assurance Title cheated my company out of an estoppel fee. They say the deed and check were mailed but we never received either and the check was not ever cashed. Then they want to charge me $35 for a check we never received. If they cheat me, they will cheat you. I have never had anything like this ever happen with any other title company. On top of this they were very nasty to my employee. I would never recommend them to anyone.
