I'm being generous because Jennifer was helpful with what I needed and who was embarrassed by the treatment that I received from Ivy, who not only wouldn't tell me her name, but was also nasty, rude, impatient, and accused ME of being rude and nasty. Jennifer does her job well and was polite and courteous, Ivy shouldn't even be allowed to handle the phones due to her rudeness towards customers. Jennifer was sympathetic about the fact that I was trying to find out where my settlement check was, Ivy couldn't care less.

I do a lot of business with them, megan is great she has attention to details and do great job explaining everything to the buyer and seller. Highly recommend.

This is my go-to Title company! Have been using them for 7 years. Stuart & Ivy run a tight ship and close deals that other title companies make difficult. They have over 42 years of experience in the title industry. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Easy to work with. Staff here is friendly, but they lack professionalism. No sense of urgency and clearly play favorites when it comes closing bc they have ties with certain agents. I had a terrible experience here, partially due to the seller and her trifling agent but also bc the closing agent had me sitting for an extra hour waiting for my lender to confirm documents were signed correctly. Seemed silly to me, but I waited anyways. Later found out from my lender that that was unnecessary and the process was deemed complete once papers were signed. The sellers agent made careless mistakes which pushed my closing to a different day. They were also allowing him to actively close on another property while we were trying to find solutions to HIS mistakes. It was a mess and no accountability was taken. Big inco

Stuart and his team made my process as seamless as possible. As a first-time buyer, I came with questions in hand and Stuart took the time to answer each and every one. Additionally, his patience during the process put me and the others involved at great ease.
