Heidi at Association Solutions is absolutely amazing always goes above and beyind for HOA request, she is very friendly and professional and as a Broker I never see this often, your lucky to have her!!

Ignores all emails. Doesn’t address pertinent issues like unapproved vehicles and trailers blocking the streets so emergency vehicles, school buses, and trash trucks can’t get through. Sends violations for minute things like trash cans being visible. My HOA Solution is a terrible choice for anyone looking for a an HOA Management Company for their development.

Superb customer service and steadfast turn around with Architectural applications approval. I never seen in my span of 20 years of property ownership an Association approve changes do fast. Heidi is an outstanding performer with unmatched skills and fabulous customer service.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It's the most irresponsible association. The only thing they're available for is collecting money, but when we complain, they just ignore it. Since April, I've been reporting a situation with my neighbors: their trash can are in front of my front door and the flies are coming into my house when I open the door. They ignore emails. I talked with a representative Amanda Owen, who always has a bad attitude when it comes to answer by email. At the end nobody answered to me, I keep waiting for a response since April and I still have the same problem with the trash cans. I'm a very responsible owner with my duties in the community and respectful of my neighbors, so I don't like getting into conflicts. I preferred to report it to the association to receive h
