I wanted to share with all readers that Mrs. Dee Stewart (Senior Portfolio Manager), and the AMAG team are fabulous with their performance. I personally admire their accountability as well as maintaining the standard for our Lawrenceville South Lawn subdivision! Whether leaving home or returning, our area is always well kept and this personally means a lot! Mrs. Stewart even went above and beyond regarding a personal request for me. She stayed in touch for a resolve, delivered just as she said she would, and for that I am thankful. This is a woman who's not only great at her job, but to handle something specific for me as a home owner with her busy schedule is Priceless! Thank you.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. They have been the management company for our HOA for a number of years. I have found them to be fair, above board, helpful and always willing to guide and support our Board of Directors in taking care of our community. Their job is a tough one as they become the face of HOA’s in managing the hard things that come up in supporting and managing the Covenants of a community. I am grateful to them for the need they fulfill in the business of keeping communities running smoothly. Thanks AMAG!

Another reviewer said it perfectly. Beware of this HOA. They’re trying to milk us for $750 for not clearing gutters but we HAVE And we have proof of emails that we sent to them multiple times. No response from them. Very Unprofessional. We’ve asked them to remove the notices from our account as we HAVE ALREADY CLEANED THE GUTTERS. They continue to use our old pictures to try and say we still need to clear them. They do not care about you as a homeowner and they only care about money. You can have the most perfect looking house and they will STILL try to find something to complain about. If I could give this HOA zero stars I would.

They changed their online portal which I had autopay setup to another portal and the autopay wasn't migrated over. They didn't notify me. They are literally 15 steps away from my business and instead of walking over to my business or even giving a courtesy call, their first outreach to me was to involve an attorney and threaten foreclosure! Lisa and her greedy crew will refuse to talk to you and will make you pay thousands in attorney fees for THEIR lack of communication. WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL HOA I've ever worked with!
