This management company does not wish to fix homeowner’s issues. Instead they insinuate that the homeowners don’t know what they are talking about & insinuate that the homeowners are not truthful. The latest episode was them telling me our gutters were cleaned/cleared when the worker NEVER came to the back of our home where the problem was. Additionally they hire the worst subcontractors - Lakeshore that does their roofing/gutter work is completely unprofessional & has been aggressive with me on more than one occasion. However, if my husband is involved, he cowers. I’m tired of being treated less than & having our property continually deteriorate before my eyes! Worst all around everything with this company!!

The service I received from Darren during the transition of the HOA management company and the closing of my house was very unprofessional and rude. He definitely doesn’t follow the motto written on the company’s website, “At Associates Management, our attentive staff is always available to answer your questions and ensure you are 100% satisfied. No exceptions.” It’s been over 7 weeks now since a new management company has taken over and we’re still receiving payment notifications, with late fees applied. They don’t deserve a single star, but forced to make a selection in order to post the review.

I have been having the same problem since June/ July 2020 and there has been numerous work tickets and still the issue has not been resolved. When it rains, there is water leaking into my home. The HOA is responsible for fixing the outside of the property but every time the contractor arrives he just caulks the door and states that it us fixed. I pay my HOA fees on time and I'm really upset that it's been two years and this issue is not resolved.
