I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Community Association Manager Laura Rios. Nominal Voltage was hired to complete a job, and the work was finished as agreed. Despite completing the project, I have still not received payment for either my labor or the materials provided. Since the job was completed, Ms. Rios has not answered phone calls or returned any of my messages. As a small business, timely payment is critical, and the lack of communication has been both frustrating and unprofessional. My experience with the current community property management, specifically Andrea Henry, has been extremely frustrating. Since purchasing my condo, I have been dealing with an ongoing water intrusion issue that has resulted in mold growth in my unit since October 2025. This is the second leak-related incident I have experienced. In both cases, I was told the issue was my responsibility without a clear explanation or thorough investigation. A technician previously sent by Andrea to inspect the issue verbally confirmed there was active water leakage. The building’s water heaters are located directly adjacent to the wall of my master bedroom. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Cheryl. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with and consistently goes above and beyond. She has always been responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process for this property. She truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy to have had the opportunity to work with her — she is amazing.

In the short time that they have been my HOA they have not been helpful. I called in January when my HOA was due and they said I owed nothing to now I owe 1050 dollars . Now I am getting billed monthly vs quarterly. I cannot wait to move out of this neighborhood and wait to not live in an overpriced HOA neighborhood.

I received a bill for HOA dues in November. However, when I look at my account is says I have $0 balance. It seems I am not able to pay it early. A representative told me the balance won't populate until January. If I can't pay until January, why do they send the bill in November? The same thing happened last year... When I saw the $0 balance, I assumed I had paid it and just forgotten. By the time I figured out I had NOT paid, I had to pay a late fee. Why wouldn't a business want their money early if they could get it? If I have a bill in my hand, my account should show a balance.
