Associa Colorado Association Services

Our community utilizes Associa Colorado for our HOA mangagement company. From a board member perspective, they have been great to work with. Especially our manager, Sarah Weller. Sarah goes out of her way to provide information we need on a regular basis. We have had some unprofessional board members in the past as well as some difficult residents, and Sarah has continued working with a very high level of professionalism. We've had other companies and other managers, and Sarah and Associa have been the best so far.

Borderline criminal. They charge absurd fees like 80 dollars for a certified letter, arbitrary fines for grass that isn't green while in a state that is in a drought. The actual services provided are like non-existent. The customer service will try to make you feel guilty that you are upset with their fines and fees. If you are going to buy a home that is managed by Associa or RealManage I would highly suggest reading the fine print closely or buying a house that is either unmanaged or in a different HOA. Last Week Tonight did a fairly recent episode about the criminal and predatory practices of HOA's and Associa was the star of the episode. Please, if you have the choice, do not have anything to do with this company. Their "property management" attempts will leave you going around in circles again and again. It will lead to no solution. The most basic, simple tasks will have management putting up a front and acting as if they would get the job done. However, you will soon find out that they did nothing. Please run far away from this company.

I live at the Louisiana Purchase Condos in Denver. This community management company is even worse than the last one. They are in the business of stealing money from home owners. They neglect maintenance then hit home owners with exorbitant costs for special assessments. Now they are working with a predatory towing company to tow residents vehicles putting them even further financially behind. If I had the funds I would hire a lawyer to criminaly investigate this management company. Karen Culter is a horrible contact and will almost never respond to calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

Nathan and Colin were very easy to work with and went above and beyond when it came to helping with my unit. Will always feel as I am in good hands with them running the show.
