Assist 2 Sell

Steve sold our house in a slow market for as close to the price we wanted, as fast as we needed, without much of a hassle. He worked every problem that came up, all while we were buying a new house and moving 1300 mile south to Texas. He did all the paperwork and sent it to us. When it was done, it was done with no surprises. If needed, I would use him again, I would recommend him for any sell.

Sadly Steve was not reliable or responsible in our interactions. He failed to list our property correctly (multi family listed a single family home, then later as a duplex), did not do things in a timely manner. There were endless delays etc. and now more than a month later he has failed to return our keys, in spite of our multiple requests. Can not recommend.

Great experience. Found house in one day, signed Purchase and Sale, closed end of the next month. Great people, wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
