I hired Ron to do the inspection for a home I was putting an offer on. I’m a first time home-buyer and definitely didn’t know much (anything?) about the process. Like others mention here, he’s the person you leave a message for, he’s the person who calls you back, he’s the person who shows up. And Ron really showed up for me. The house was a disaster, & Ron walked me through what was going on and I was able to make a decision not to move forward with the purchase. I was picturing myself caught in that carpet in the flooring like Tom Hanks & Shelley Long aka the Money Pit. I honestly can’t recommend Ron enough. Will be using him moving forward & recommending to friends. :)

Aspis Home Inspections exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn't have been happier with their service. Ron who is the owner is extremely patient and knowledgeable of his craft. He did a fantastic job of looking at our prospective home from the roof all the way down to the foundation. He was super patient with all of our questions and was kind enough to point out some items that would really help us as new homeowners. The report that we received was easy to read and gave us a great understanding of what we were getting ourselves into. We would definitely utilize him again and recommend him highly for your home inspection.

Ron came to inspect the home we were looking to purchase and he was extremely nice and patient. He took the time to answer any questions and explain the process to us. He was very thorough and was not bothered by all the "first-time-home-buyer" type questions we kept throwing at him. He was also very respectful of the seller's home and encouraged us to take measurements if we would like, but also to be mindful we are still in someone else's home. If I were selling a home, I would appreciate that sort of conduct. Overall, Ron was fantastic and he finished our report in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company, and if I ever need to purchase another property that needs inspecting, I intend to use Aspis Home Inspections again.
