I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Aspire in Vero Beach. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the location is convenient for everything I need. Special thanks to the manager, Dixie Sayre, who always goes above and beyond for the residents. She is professional, kind, and truly cares about making this a great place to live. I really appreciate her support and dedication. I`m currently here at Aspire visiting family. This place is amazing, we have met all the staff and they are all very professional. These are luxury apartments and present themselves as such. The grounds are extremely well kept and everyone that we`ve met are very friendly. I definitely recommend Aspire for your consideration if you`re apartment shopping.

I would not recommend living here. The apartment is very poorly built. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from neighbors, making it constantly noisy. On top of that, the property is often dirty, with dog poop left around common areas. I’ve been here less than a month and It has been frustrating and stressful. For the rent being charged, I expected a quiet, well maintained living environment, but that has not been my experience at all. Definitely look elsewhere before signing a lease.
