I had a problem with my flat door key. It didn’t work. I raised the maintenance request with the apartment office. They sent the maintenance team to fix the issue. The gentlemen came and fixed the issue. They both are so professional and completed the work so fast. I am fully satisfied and very happy. I forgot to ask their names. I am very sorry. Great job guys. The response was so quick and issue got resolved. Thank you once again.

We submitted a maintenance request, and Seppo came to take care of it. He was very friendly, professional, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He fixed both the blind and the dryer with no issues. We really appreciated his great service and positive attitude.

I have been living at aspire for acouple years. One thing you have to get use to is the drama. People walk around the whole complex in the morning and past midnight. As of writeing this I got woken up by people laughing and talking to eachother walking around and its 1am. It seems no one ever sleeps at aspire. I would stay away and look elsewhere. You get fined for everything. You can't have more then two cars because they will tow it. You can't put a cover on your car. You practically can't do anything. The Gates are always breaking and letting people from outside. They break into cars and other stuff. I would just save up and live some where better. The rooms are constantly filled with dust and dirt since the windows are not properly sealed. Very high temperatures during summer, and bugs

My husband and I have been here for a few weeks now and I just want to say, I’m sooo happy with these apartments. Wendy in the office has been AMAZING. We moved from out of state and she was always available and very helpful with arranging where we could drop off our pod. I also put in a request for pest control to come out and got a very quick response. No problems so far, everything has been amazing. The apartment itself is great and very spacious. A ton of storage. I also have to mention. The pool is a huge plus!! Very excited to call this place home.

Wrongful tow from assigned parking — unacceptable management behavior I am a current resident and had my vehicle wrongfully towed from my own assigned parking space while I was traveling for work. My lease includes a designated parking spot. I left my car legally parked in that space for several weeks. Instead of contacting me, management authorized a tow for “parking too long” — which is not stated anywhere in the lease, nor is it posted as a policy. This resulted in unnecessary towing fees, wasted time, and stress — all caused by management’s failure to verify whether the vehicle belonged to a resident before towing it.
