We recently toured the apartment and Savy did an amazing job! She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. From day one, Savy, the leasing specialist, was incredibly warm, professional, and patient while touring multiple floor plans. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made the decision process easy and comfortable. The move-in experience was seamless. Zozan, the property manager, was extremely friendly and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to help me with some amazing deals. Aspire Midtown is an incredible place to live, the location, amenities, unit cleanliness are all top notch. What truly sets aspire apart from every other residence that I have lived in is their property management team. Emily, Savy, Dennis and Zo are not only amazing professionals but incredibly good at making aspire midtown feel more and more like home. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone living in or around Nashville!

I recently toured this apartment complex with Emily, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the tour, she showed little interest in actually providing helpful information about the property or the application process. I asked several questions about the unit and what would be required to apply, and she was unable to answer most of them. Throughout much of the tour she was also on her phone, which made the interaction feel very unprofessional. I often had to repeat myself just to get a response. When someone is considering moving somewhere, they expect a leasing agent or manager to be knowledgeable and engaged, but that was not my experience here. My experience living here since the community first opened has been amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful, the amenities are great, and they host fun events that make it easy to meet people. The location and garage parking are also big pluses. This is my first time living in an apartment, and I have to say — it’s been a great choice. Like anything brand new, there have been a few small bumps along the way, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed or improved. The staff has been honest, professional, and proactive throughout the process.
