When I moved in back in October 2020, the property was well-maintained and managed by Lincoln Properties. The community felt clean, organized, and comfortable. However, after RPM purchased the property in February 2024, the overall quality and living conditions declined significantly. First, residents were left without water for an entire weekend. I was informed there was nothing management could do to reimburse me, so I had to rely on my renters insurance to cover the cost of a hotel stay. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. Second, mold began developing throughout the apartment. I had never experienced mold around my windows prior to the ongoing water and insulation issues. I came in to the aspire Lenox park location to renew my lease. I was met with a warm smile the is Ravin she walked me through the process and made it easy. I definitely appreciate her willingness to help me understand and navigate this process. I met rude people everyday that should not be in customer service positions but today her service over delivered and was exceptional. In my personal opinion she should have a higher role she has a great attitude and definitely shows great leadership skills and patience. Thank you so much for your time today. I really enjoy living here. I’ve been here for a little under a year and though it has its flaws here a there, it is overall a great place to live. The location is amazing, the units are spacious, and the residents are always so kind. I really enjoy meeting other residents at the events.
