Aspire at Onion Creek

I have lived here for two years and it’s not really that bad but there are some things that are annoying. The apartment complex is really nice. It’s well maintain by maintenance. Every morning I see them go out and pick up any trash. The maintenance people are great! Pretty quick w orders as well. The leasing people have been fairly nice, but I feel like every three or six months they change people so you really don’t get to know them. There’s also not a lot of events for the community. So I kinda wish they did more events. When I first moved in, they provided us a key for the gate cause I thought the gate would be closed but now it’s just left open at all hours. It’s kinda doesn’t make sense to why we have a gate and only the front to work. So now you just use an app to open anything if n

Although the application process was stressful due to the former manager, I am very happy with my apartment and the property so far. The new manager, Taryn, is a rockstar and she went above and beyond to fix someone else's mistakes to get.me moved in on time. My apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable and was thoughtfully designed. The walls are thick so you don't hear your neighbors, there are plenty of electrical outlets, the property and units are beautiful, and the location is great. I will say, t is very difficult to get ahold of anyone by phone, so if you can't show up in person for everything, this may not be the place for you.

Two stars purely for the apartment sizes. It's roomy for a single mom and two kids. But the entire process to get in here was awful. I can't even begin to write that essay. Months later I kept having a balance because the rent was not explained to me and I was not paying it correctly. Not professional at all, no customer service taken seriously. They would rather not be bothered, and I've seen the treatment of others, and it wasn't professional. And I felt bad for the other tenant... Ants and daddy long legs were everywhere first week of move in and still are in our apartment. Single mom with a low income, I can't expect perfection, but some decent mannerism would be nice. Being treated like a valued customer has never happened since I've dealt with this office.

Emilio was very helpful and got me approved and moved in very quickly!! Super nice property 10/10 recommend this place for anyone have visited every apartment in onion creek and these were the best I’ve seen

Natalia in the front office is so helpful & professional. She helped get our application pushed thru, was very transparent, and did almost all of the work herself. Aspire is really lucky to have someone like her working there. Her help through this process is one of the main reasons I will be signing my lease. Also the apartments are very nice & inexpensive.
