I almost moved in here - thank goodness I know someone in the building! The units, building and location are perfect I was certain this was going to be home. The resident I know suggested I come visit before signing a lease and now I see why. During my visit, the entire building smells of the worst sewage imaginable. They said it was because of “grease trap cleanings” but that should only be localized. The entire building and her unit was so strong and putrid, I got a headache and severe nausea that I had to leave almost immediately. It is more than just a bad smell; it is a health hazard. The resident who suggested I visit ended up in the emergency room that night. Apparently, the “cleanings” happens on a monthly basis and it makes the units and building uninhabitable. I’ve lived at Aspire Apartments for the past three years, and it has truly felt like home. The community is safe, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff are always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever anything is needed. I highly recommend Aspire to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place to live. I’ll always appreciate the time I spent here.

I recently renewed my lease at Aspire and moved into a larger unit, and the entire experience was seamless. The team went above and beyond to make the transition easy — they’re always responsive, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Over the past year, I’ve seen major improvements throughout the community, from the grounds to the amenities, and it’s been great to watch everything continue to evolve. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I truly feel comfortable and safe living here. Aspire has been a wonderful place to call home, especially with all the exciting new developments happening nearby!

I’ve been a resident here for over two years, and the conditions and management have seriously declined to the point that my health and ability to work are being affected. When we renewed our lease they increased our rent when the same exact units by us had decreased by 1.5k. When we brought this to management attention they said there was nothing we could do about them changing us above market value, they reduced monthly rent by $20 however that is still significantly more than the unit was worth and living here has become absolutely unbearable. Ongoing issues include: - Persistent sewage and grease odors throughout the building and inside my unit (management admitted the grease traps keep overflowing but have not resolved it as today the smell was awful) - Construction directly abov

I’m coming up on a year of living here now, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Our 2 bedroom is perfect for all of our needs and the interior is so cute. The management switch has really helped this place. Shania and the maintenance guys have always been so helpful when it comes to our issues. I don’t do the paid parking and have never had any problems when it comes to parking on the street. The cleaning ladies do their best when it comes to keeping the elevators and entrance clean too. I’ve really enjoyed Aspire and surrounding area!
