This review is for the same apartments formally know as Aspire but they changed the name to Regency Grove and still HAVEN'T taken charge to remove the old name from here! So don't believe the 5 star reviews.. this is why they have of them because of the $ off rent. With the way the economy is going right now, the $25 anyone will write a review for it. So why the 1 star? Well the management is overwhelmed and takes it out on the residents who even try to make maintenance requests, or when they ask general questions on property improvement or just about their bill. The maintenance is living on site like their website advertises but they are picky on who they decide to help and simple maintenance tasks are dragged out due to shortage of available items from the shop because of budget cuts.

I'm providing this review as an update and non bias resident. It is fair to say that the comments PREVIOUS to only FEW months ago are fair. The OLD management did not keep up with the property whatsoever. However the NEW company that has taken over the property has made a great deal of progress in little amount of time. Renovations are being done. Problematic tenants are being dismissed. Property is being cleaned up and improved. And as far as the pool is concerned I personally watched it get cleaned up and now it is very inviting. Very family oriented. You see kids and adults being active like playing sports, going swimming, taking walks, etc. There's a lot of trees, a lot of grass, and plenty other amenities to make up for up the gym, cinema, and rec. room being work on and actively on t

The new management are working so hard to fix issues important in making living in the apartment complex. I got new appliances, counter tops and bath tub renovation. It makes it worth the wait. Seline was extremely wonderful, she set up the work order appointment, called back to hear my feedback if I love it. Zach the manager was wonderful and patient with all my cry’s about work order than previous management failed to do in my apartment. Great team!

I really loved living here, until the GVA management came in and took over. They’re definitely trying to gentrify the place and have made some very inconvenient changes. On top of that I’ve found their office staff to be rude and unhelpful. I’ve had maintenance requests in since I moved in that have not been taken care of and they entered my unit without my express permission. Other than that, my neighbors are very nice, the complex feels safe, and my unit has always been pest free other than the occasional cockroach (this /is/ Texas after all).

This is the worst place that I have ever lived in. When I moved here in November, they had promised a gym and a community center for their residents. This promise is still unfulfilled. When something breaks in the apartment, maintenance does not come to resolve the issue. I asked for my heater to be fixed during the winter. Now, it is almost May, and it has still not been fixed. A week ago, five cars were burned. Apparently, safety to the residents and vehicles is not promised. There is supposedly security, but he drives around the buildings and never leaves his car. According to the Property Manager, "Crime Happens", and they are not responsible for anything but the security of the buildings. They say in the lease, that drugs are not allowed on the property, but they allow people to sell
